August Ending

Thanks to everyone who shopped the market this week. There was so much interest in all of the dresses, I always love to see what catches the eye.

Some of our favorite pieces went to some great girls, including the striped sailor sundress, and the pretty purple floral number. The 80s white rocker boots also went to the adorable redhead working next door, I couldn't help but feel a little jealous of her shoe size! The white Versace like halter dress also went as did the "perfectly pin tucked" little black 60s dress.... Thanks to everyone for wearing Vintage and making Dame look so good!

Iconic DAME - Who do you love?

I've been sort of collecting images of iconic Dames here and there, women who represent the lifestyle behind the name. Strong, accomplished, sophisticated and graceful or not so, in the public eye. Trailblazers, women who led rich lives and left a fabulous legacy, role models for us all. These are a few of my favorites so far.
